This applies to pets who can't be left alone for more than 2 hours at a time.
We will apply an Extended Care rate (per pet) if the client’s homecoming time on the final day of the stay is more than 2 hours later than the departure time on the first day of the stay.
This rate varies based on how much additional time you provided extended care.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your place in the schedule, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the job. This deposit is refundable up until 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled service, per the cancellation policy.
Payments are due upon Provider’s completion of the requested services or as mutually agreed by Provider and Client.
We accept cash, check, Venmo, and payments via the Pet Pocketbook app.
A 50% cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellations that occur less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service
An insufficient funds fee of $35.00 will be assessed for any returned payment.
A finance charge of ten percent (10%) per month will be added to unpaid balances after fifteen (15) days.
Tipping is always appreciated but never required.
