From the Chicago suburbs to the heart of Fort Collins, my life has always been defined by the animals in it. My journey began with a childhood surrounded by a diverse menagerie of everything from hedgehogs to a five-dog Siberian Husky sled team. By middle school, I was already operating a neighborhood pet-sitting route with my dad as my primary "chauffeur," and I’ve been dedicated to the well-being of animals ever since.
Choice City Critter Care is the culmination of decades of hands-on experience. While I have spent years working independently and through platforms like Rover, I founded this business to provide a higher level of professional, insured service to the Northern Colorado community.
My expertise goes beyond standard pet sitting:
Since moving here for college in the late '90s, Fort Collins has truly become home. When I’m not caring for your furry family members, you’ll likely find me at the barn with my horse, training our one-year-old puppy, or curled up with a book (I aim for 50 a year!).
I am a "homebody" by nature; when I stay overnight with your pets, I bring along my diamond dot painting or cross-stitch, ensuring your home has a quiet, consistent, and attentive presence.
I look forward to meeting your crew—whether they have paws, hooves, or quills—and providing them with the expert care they deserve.
